The United States has been blessed with enough natural resources to make our country energy independent. Frank knows removing government obstacles from producing American energy, while protecting our environment, is the most sensible approach to reducing our reliance on foreign oil.
Reducing Judicial Overreach
Frank knows the dangers judicial overreach poses to our society. Frank, a rancher, knows better than most the critical issues posed by overreach of federal agencies such as BLM, USFS, and NPS. Frank will present legislation requiring Federal lawsuits and administrative actions be filed timely and, in the jurisdiction, where the action is located. This will end “judge shopping” and eliminate liberal activist judges from imposing their will upon the American people.

We must continue to build a modern military with the most advanced technology. Frank believes we owe our veterans the best healthcare available, including the options of obtaining service from private providers.

Frank knows we not only must protect our borders but make sure our local communities are safe for our families. Frank understands the importance of supporting our local law enforcement and giving them the tools they need to reduce crime. Frank also knows protecting Second Amendment rights against government overreach is vital for our citizenry. Defending the Constitution
Frank believes our Constitution is the greatest governing document ever written. Our founders provided a structure to improve our lives as time goes by. Combined with the Declaration of Independence, our system’s fundamental rights are well established. Life is to be protected at all stages beginning with conception. Individual liberties are to be protected from government overreach. Private property rights are guaranteed and to be respected by governments.
Election Integrity
Democracy rests upon the belief by the public that elections are fair and free from corruption. The undermining of our trust begins the decay of our society. Requiring personal identification at the polling place is a simple but effective method to restore our trust in elections. The SAVE Act should be passed immediately. Frank will stand with President Trump and fight for the passage of this important legislation.
Parent’s Rights/Local Schools
Too many education bureaucrats attempt to impose their beliefs upon our families. Local control of education is a must. Frank has raised three boys and understands parents make the best decisions on behalf of their children.
